Life is an unending flow of choices and decisions. Some people make these choices quickly and easily.  Others have a hard time deciding what to do and how to do it.  What is the difference between these people?

If I believe that each choice I make is of benefit to me and is not written in stone, it would be easy to make choices. If I believe that I make a mess of things every time I make a choice or express a preference, it would be hard to make choices. The difference between these two people is what they believe.
Beliefs can be conscious and known to us and they can be subconscious and unknown to us.

Our conscious mind is volitional. It sets goals and judges the results. It is time bound in that it thinks about the past and plans for the future.  The conscious mind likes to try new things. It's where we have our short-term memory with a limited processing capacity of one to three events and an average of 2,000 bits of information per second.  You can talk to your friend on the phone while looking for your keys and collecting items to take with you to the car for an approaching appointment.  But add your neighbor coming over to borrow a cup of sugar and starting another conversation and that tips the scale to unmanageable.  Something has to stop and give way to the other.

The subconscious mind, however, is much more capable of multi-tasking.  It monitors the operation of the body, i.e.: motor function, heart rate, digestion, breathing, etc.   It is habitual and prefers the familiar. The subconscious on auto-pilot drives you home by your regular route as you ponder the days events with your conscious mind and listen to the radio. Your foot on the gas and brake are automatic.  You arrive at your doorstep unaware of the many movements and reflexes that got you there.  The subconscious mind is timeless, being in the present moment only, and has an expanded processing capacity of thousands of events at a time with an average of 4 billion bits of information per second.   Add to the above drive home a ball rolling into the street and your subconscious mind has your foot on the brake in an instant, your peripheral vision having picked up the ball as you were watching the car ahead.
The subconscious is also the storehouse for our attitudes, values and beliefs.

These beliefs are the cumulative effect of life-long experiences. If you get positive feedback for making choices and decisions, you believe it is ok to do it again.  If you get negative feedback, you decide to be more cautious about making choices and decisions.  These beliefs are stored in the subconscious and are drawn upon in the present moment as if they just occurred.  As a result of past negative experiences, we sometimes think and behave in self-defeating ways, even when we consciously don't want to.

When your conscious and subconscious minds are in agreement, your life seems to flow harmoniously. When some areas of your life feel stuck or are dragging you down, you find yourself wasting time and second-guessing yourself, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs.  But, how can we change this limiting, persistent behavior?
PSYCH-KTM  is a unique and direct way to access, identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits and behaviors.  Clients have changed beliefs that sabotaged their self-esteem, relationships, goals, job performance and even their physical health.

PSYCH-KTM evolved from years of split-brain research and hundreds of sessions with individuals and groups. It creates a receptive state of mind that dramatically reduces resistance to change at the subconscious level.  It is a method, with the use of kinesiology, of communicating with the subconscious mind that is simple, direct and verifiable and provides a safe and effective way to rewrite the "software" of your mind by changing beliefs that sabotage you into beliefs that support you...quickly and easily.

Cellular biologist, Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D., author of The Biology of Belief unleashing the power of consciousness, matter, & miracles said: "Muscle Testing establishes a convenient communication system with the subconscious mind, and when used properly, can be an accurate detector of subconscious truths. Because the subconscious mind controls motor functions in the body, such as muscle movement, we can use this "built in" biofeedback mechanism to find out when the subconscious agrees or disagrees with a given statement."
Your beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve.

Changing subconscious beliefs that may be sabotaging well-intentioned actions is similar to reprogramming a personal computer. Using PSYCH-KTM techniques you increase "cross talk" between your left and right brain hemispheres, thereby achieving a more "whole-brained" state, which is ideal for changing subconscious beliefs.

In general, the left-brain hemisphere thinks in terms of parts, logic, words, order and control.  The right brain hemisphere thinks in terms of emotions, pictures, whole, spontaneous and creative. When stressed, a person often  "defaults" to the brain hemisphere that is most comfortable and used.  Say a stressful incident occurs. An extremely right-brained person gets emotional, waving their hands around, not being able to find the words necessary to be helpful.  An extremely left brained person may have the words, numbers and logic, but lacks emotional sympathy helpful in the situation. When right and left hemispheres of the brain are in simultaneous communication, the qualities and characteristics of both hemispheres are available to maximize your full response potential to life's challenges.

Freeing one's self from limiting subconscious beliefs increases whole brain thinking and adds to wellbeing and ease.

Your beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve.

As Henry Ford once said, "If you believe you can or if you believe you can''re right!"
